In dance there is an original strength and joy that is often lost over time.

Which child does not like to dance, turns in a circle around itself when music sounds? This shows an original strength and joy that is often lost over time. The aim of the classes for children and adolescents is to preserve, expand and shape this natural joy of movement and the desire to dance.

Adults can rediscover their joy of dancing again in my fitness dance lessons, or strengthen their bodies in my fitness (stomach-legs-buttocks) courses.

Whether with jazz dance, hip hop, modern dance, etc. or coordination, rhythm and creativity are encouraged in all areas, help social contact among peers and a healthy self-confidence.

In my dance lessons we warm up thoroughly, stretch and strengthen the muscles. In the technical part you will get to know some dance styles, such as elements from hip hop, jazz dance or modern dance. Then we dance a choreography to current music.

Improve your skills step by step. My courses are suitable for beginners and slightly advanced.
